Happy Meal Prep Monday! Let’s talk cravings!!! After a conversation with a friend about a sandwich I love, I was in search of a way to deconstruct it, make it fit my macros, and turn it into a salad. I just ate my lunch today and it was a success! Bed of greens, turkey, bacon, avocado, and some cranberries ? YUM! (It’s missing sprouts, hoping to add those tomorrow!)
