I talk a lot about prepping for the week but for busy days like today, I prep for each hour also. I wake up a little early to be able to get everything dished up, packaged, put in a convenient location, and ready for my day. Wednesdays I teach three yoga classes and see clients, so eating on schedule is important – can’t be too full for yoga but also need enough fuel. What helps me the most is scheduling my day, even what time I need to eat!
