  • Introducing the new Studio

After so much love and hard work, the Warrior Wellness Studio is looking absolutely amazing! ✨ It may be Women’s Month, but let’s take a moment to shout out the guys—my team knocked this project out so quickly and perfectly. I’m beyond grateful for all they do to support me, which in turn helps me support my incredible clients.

This space feels so welcoming, and I know my clients will love coming here to level up their wellness game! 💪

    Ten years

🎉 This month, we’re celebrating 10 amazing years of Warrior Wellness! It’s been an incredible journey of strength, sweat, and community — and it wouldn’t be possible without YOU.

Stay tuned for small changes, BIG deals, new equipment, and plenty of celebration all month long. Let’s make this anniversary one to remember! 💪🔥

  • Balance training

    Balance training

If you’ve worked with me, you know I looove balance training! It’s such a simple (and fun!) thing to add into your day.

    Try this:

🦷 Brush your top teeth standing on your left leg, bottom teeth on your right.

🍵 Boil water on your left leg, steep tea on your right.

Little moments like these build strength, stability, and body awareness over time. And when standing still gets easy? Add a bit of motion — slowly extend your leg further from your center and see how your balance responds.

Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!

  • Staying cozy

    Staying cozy

Winter isn’t my favorite season—let’s just say I’m more of a sunshine and heat kind of person. But when the days get shorter and colder, I lean into cozy rituals to lift my spirits and nurture my wellness.

One of my favorite ways to embrace the season is by enjoying simmer pots…think oranges, cinnamon, anise and cloves bubbling on the stove—it’s like a hug for the senses.

And when it’s time to gather by the fire, my favorite place to be, I make it a little extra special with handmade fire starters. They’re pretty, practical, and fun to make!

Winter may not be my first love, but it’s taught me the importance of creating joy in the little things. How do you stay well and cozy this time of year?
