What should I wear to my sessions or to classes?
Wear something comfortable that allows for a good range of motion without getting in your way.
What should I bring?
Bring yourself and a water bottle.
What are your policies with regard to cancellations, late arrivals, etc.?

What kind of yoga does Holly teach?
Holly teaches Hatha yoga, which is gentle but can provide a great challenge. She opens all classes to all levels, as she feels that this creates a great environment for newer students to learn and more experienced students to be reminded of the basics.
What is Aerial Yoga? Can anyone do it?
Aerial Yoga uses a silk suspended from the ceiling to help students get into traditional yoga poses in a new and exciting way. Just about anyone can practice aerial yoga but be sure to reach out to Holly prior to class if you have specific questions. Those with extremely high or low blood pressure, who are pregnant, or have had recent hernias or facial surgeries would not be good candidates for aerial yoga.
I have some injuries/health concerns…can I still work with Holly?
Yes! Holly is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and loves to come up with creative solutions to overcome injury and illness and get you a great workout. She’s worked with hundreds of clients over the last ten years to include people with severe arthritis, cancer, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, broken bones, morbid obesity and a large array of other concerns.
